Our Parish is one of many in Ireland (North & South), U.K. and worldwide where Cell Communities
come together for a time of prayer and praise. We strive to live the Christian life with the
help and support of each other.
Cell meetings are happening in our Parish for the last fifteen years. There can never be too
much prayer and it is now widely recognised that parishes benefit greatly from dedicated prayer
efforts. Cell Communitity is an open forum where all are welcomed.
If you are new in our parish or would like to "Come and See" a Cell meeting
please call 085-7788395 without delay.

The Children's Church is a programme in the parish geared towards the 4-10 age group. It has been running
for over twelve years and its purpose is to make Mass an enjoyable and meaningful experience and
to build faith. The focus of the 15 minutes centres on the readings of the day. Using storytelling, drama
and music the scriptures are developed to bring home the message in a way that is easily understood
by the children. We will continue every every Sunday where possible.
We invite and encourage parents to bring their children along. Please feel free to
stay with your child if they are not ready to attend alone.
Click here for details of why we set it up, the benefits arising from it and how we can offer assistance to anyone who wishes to start up a Children's Church in their parish.

A new stand has been erected in the place where the Baptismal font used to be.
This space has now become a shrine to the Word and it is in the form of an eagle with its wings outstretched, holding the Bible (The Word of God) on its back to signify the majesty and divine inspiration of what is found written in the Bible.
